Are you a new patient to Encore Dentistry? Welcome to our dental family! When you come in, our team will do our best to make sure that you have a productive, pleasant experience. Your First Visit

When you arrive at our office, you’ll be warmly greeted by a friendly smile. Then, our caring dental assistants will call you back and take X-rays of your teeth. Afterward, our knowledgeable dental hygienists will remove plaque from your teeth that has calcified. At that point, you’ll meet and get to know Dr. Cabansag and then receive a comprehensive oral exam. Once she reviews her findings, we can then schedule any follow-up appointments as needed.

New Patient Forms

When it comes to completing your new patient forms, you have two options. You can either come a little early for your appointment and fill them out in our waiting room. Or you can download and complete them beforehand. Choosing the latter allows us to process your necessary paperwork more efficiently and get you ready to begin your appointment as soon as possible.
